We are licensed in California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas and hold NCARB Certificates which allow us to apply for licensure in all states. Currently the majority of our work is in California and in the past few years it has been in the Desert South West.
We do most of our work either hourly or on a fixed fee basis. Fixed Fees are based on initial free consultation that allow us to determine a clients needs and desires turning that into a program for there particular project. This allows us to determine fees that our consultants will charge us, as well as determining the amount of work and time we will put into a project, translating into our fees for the project.
From initial consultation; to help with program requirements (needs and desires); to design work; to obtaining required approvals; to completing construction documents; to help with bidding and contractor selection; through construction.
